Personal data collected
We process access data (email address, authentication credentials), Collaboratore identity data, the salon's operational data (targets, presences, services, amounts) and — when billing is active — the fiscal data required to issue invoices.
Lawful basis of processing
Processing is based on the performance of the service contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), on compliance with legal obligations — in particular fiscal ones (art. 6.1.c GDPR) — and on the controller's legitimate interest in the correct operation of the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Data retention
Personal data is not kept longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The periods applied are set out below:
- Images uploaded for extraction via artificial intelligence: maximum 7 days.
- Data extracted from images: 180 days.
- The activity log (audit log): 24 months.
- Invoices and accounting documents: 10 years, due to a statutory fiscal obligation.
Processors (sub-processors)
To deliver the service we rely on the following providers, which process data on our behalf:
- supabasedatabase, authentication and storage (EU)
- vercelapplication hosting (EU)
- openrouterprocessing of extractions via artificial intelligence
- resendsending of service emails (invitations, notifications)
- stripecard payment processing (when billing is active)
Cookies and tracking
The application uses only essential technical cookies, required for authentication and to run the service. No analytics or tracking tools are used; for this reason there is no consent banner.
