About us
SoluzioniSaloni grew out of Francesco Manna's work — a coach who has trained over 2,000 Italian salons across twenty years of his «Salone Esplosivo» method. The method rests on three pillars — Mindset d'Acciaio, Brand Magnetico, Performance da Record — and the Cruscotto is the third pillar made digital. In a few minutes a day the titolare sees fatturato, Presenze, Scontrino medio and per-Collaboratore performance, from the phone, without asking anyone. The tool exists for one reason: so the titolare stops being chained to the chair and goes back to leading the salon by the numbers, not by feel.
